Reporting Student’s Absence

When calling to report your student’s absence, leave the following information on the Attendance Absence Hotline voicemail.  Please avoid leaving multiple messages for the same occurrence, including messages on multiple lines, as all calls for Attendance are forwarded to the respective lines. 

Call the Attendance Absence Hotline (520-616-6423) and leave a detailed message.

When leaving a message please include the following information:

• Your name and your relationship to student
• Student’s First and Last name (spell name to ensure we have heard it correctly)
• Student’s grade level
• Reason for the absence – Sick, Personal, etc.
• Dates of absences
• Best number to reach you at if we have any questions
