The Marana High School softball program now has access to a safer and more functional batting cage facility thanks to the generosity of several local businesses, volunteers, and members of the Marana community.

A School Engagement Specialist works directly with students, teachers, and families to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

In the 25-26 school year, Marana Unified School District celebrated its centennial - 100 years of teaching and learning in Marana Schools. The district dug into its history and discovered how we grew from a handful of board and canvas classrooms to a thriving school district that proudly partners with our families and the greater Marana community.

Summer Food Program Providing Free & Healthy Meals! Select Marana Schools and Marana Cares Mobile are providing free and healthy meals to all children 18 years and younger this summer.

MUSD Marana Cares Mobile food bus will be on the streets during the upcoming 2026 Summer Break serving FREE, nutritious and delicious meals to ALL children.

Following months of preparation and hard work, students showcased excellence in livestock competitions, showmanship, leadership events, and herdsmanship, earning top honors at the 2026 Pima County Fair!

The Class of 2026 participated in the annual Grad Walk, a special tradition in Marana USD where seniors return to their elementary, middle, and K-8 schools to celebrate with former teachers and inspire future graduates!

As featured in the District’s annual magazine, The Horizon, Sports Medicine CTE students at Marana High School and Mountain View High School work behind the scenes to tape ankles, monitor hydration, document injuries, and respond to emergencies.

The Marana Unified School District Governing Board proudly celebrated the careers and contributions of its 2026 retiring employees during a year-end recognition ceremony held at the Marana Municipal Complex.

The event celebrated the 151 students who were awarded $11.1 million in scholarships, along with the MHS Top Ten, Military enlistments, collegiate athletes, CTE National Honor Society, plus other awardees.
